I understand that Advantages Academy provides educational guidance, coaching, and career exploration resources. Advantages Academy does not make decisions for my child. All decisions are made solely by the parent/guardian and student.

Release of Liability

I release and hold harmless Advantages Academy, its staff, coaches, and affiliates from any liability or claims arising from decisions made by myself, my child, or any other party based on information provided.

• Advantages Academy provides guidance only

• I am responsible for evaluating and implementing decisions

• This release applies to all coaching sessions, workshops, materials, and communications
